Performance Management
Duration - 1 Day
Performance management involves both the supervisor and the employee identifying common goals, which correlate to the higher goals of the institution, and using them as the basis for planning work and the measurement of the performance of the employee. This process results in the establishment of written performance expectations later used as measures for feedback and performance evaluation. Appraisal is often the sole performance management process in an organisation. This course looks at performance management development systems as an integrated scheme to drive organisational performance.
